Rajasthan Royals (RR) made history in IPL 2025 by successfully chasing a target of 210 runs in just 15.5 overs against Gujarat Titans (GT), setting the record for the fastest chase of 200 or more runs in IPL history. Previously, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) held this record with a 200+ chase in 16 overs in 2024. Mumbai Indians (MI) also had a notable chase in 2023, completing a 200+ run chase in 16.3 overs.
Rajasthan Royals chased down 210 runs in 15.5 overs, breaking the IPL record for the quickest 200+ run chase.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi, aged just 14 years, scored a brilliant century off 35 balls, becoming the youngest player to score an IPL century and the fastest Indian to do so.
Suryavanshi also recorded the fastest half-century of IPL 2025, reaching 50 runs in just 17 balls.
