A disturbing video has emerged from Beawar police station jurisdiction in Rajasthan, showing a man being brutally beaten while hanging upside down from a JCB machine. The footage, which quickly went viral on social media, has sparked public outrage and political condemnation, particularly from the Congress party.
Congress leader Govind Singh Dotasra shared the video online and demanded immediate and strict action. He urged the state government to expose the layers of political protection allegedly shielding the criminals involved.

The video clearly depicts a mafia member tying a man with chains and suspending him from a JCB. The victim is then repeatedly beaten with sticks while crying in pain. The assailant is even seen taunting the man, asking him to straighten his legs. These visuals highlight the shocking breakdown of law and order in the region.
According to reports, the incident took place in Gudiya village under Raipur in Beawar district. The accused has been identified as history-sheeter Tejpal Singh Urat. He allegedly tortured the victim, a dumper driver, on suspicion of diesel theft. The assault reportedly lasted for two hours and occurred at Tejpal’s farmhouse.
Despite the graphic nature of the video and public pressure, the local police have not taken any action. This silence from law enforcement has drawn heavy criticism from the opposition. Villagers say Tejpal has long instilled fear in the area, and few dare to speak against him.
Congress leaders have accused the BJP-led state government of failing to maintain law and order. “This shocking act exposes the collapse of policing and the political protection enjoyed by criminals under BJP rule,” said Dotasra.
So far, the administration has not issued any statement regarding the video or taken steps toward legal proceedings. Congress is demanding a fair and transparent probe into the incident and accountability from both the local police and political figures alleged to be shielding criminals.
Dotasra further called for a strict crackdown on the mafia network operating in the region. “The government must take swift action to ensure justice and restore public confidence in law enforcement,” he added.
