India’s All-Party Delegation to Visit Four Nations to Highlight Operation Sindoor and Anti-Terror Fight
Visit aims to build international support and awareness on India’s counter-terrorism efforts

New Delhi – An all-party parliamentary delegation, led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde, is set to depart from Delhi for a multi-nation diplomatic mission to UAE, Liberia, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Sierra Leone. The central focus of the visit is to present India’s robust stand against terrorism and to showcase the ongoing counter-terrorism initiative, #OperationSindoor.

This outreach aims to garner global support, especially from strategic partner nations, by sensitizing them about India’s security challenges and counter-terror responses.

Delegation Members:

The delegation reflects a cross-party consensus on India’s counter-terrorism agenda and includes:

  • BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj
  • IUML MP ET Mohammed Basheer
  • BJP MP Atul Garg
  • BJD MP Sasmit Patra
  • Rajya Sabha MP & senior advocate Manan Kumar Mishra (BJP)
  • BJP leader SS Ahluwalia
  • Ambassador Sujan Chinoy, a former diplomat and foreign policy expert

The delegation will engage with officials, strategic institutions, and community representatives in all four countries to highlight India’s experience as a victim of terrorism, including efforts to safeguard civilian lives, secure borders, and combat state-sponsored terrorism.

This diplomatic exercise comes in the backdrop of increased global interest in India’s internal security posture, particularly after the high-stakes Operation Sindoor, which has drawn both national and international attention.

More updates are expected as the delegation begins its overseas meetings later this week.
