Bill proposes severe punishments:
Students caught cheating: 1-5 years jail + up to ₹5 lakh fine
Organized crime/cheating gangs: 5-10 years jail + up to ₹1 crore fine
Repeat offenders: Life imprisonment

OMR sheets/answer tampering
Exam center computer/network hacking
Fake websites for bogus exams
Fake appointment letters
Merit manipulation
