The United States has now postponed potential strikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for five days. Diplomatic Negotiations: President Trump himself has acknowledged that talks between representatives of both countries have been ongoing for the past two days. The attack was deferred specifically to allow these discussions to reach a conclusion.
