Shoe Bombs Cause Massive Destruction in Delhi! Deadly TATP, Known as “Mother of Satan,” Used in Attack
New shocking details have emerged about the powerful explosion that took place near Delhi’s Red Fort on November 10. According to sources, the blast may have been carried out using a shoe bomb by suicide attacker Dr. Umar-un-Nabi, who is believed to be associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed. The attack has so far claimed 13 lives, while around 20 others remain critically injured.
Media reports citing investigative sources reveal that crucial evidence recovered from the blast site has helped narrow down the technique used in the explosion. Investigators are particularly focused on a shoe recovered from Umar’s Hyundai i20, found near the scene.
Traces of TATP (Triacetone Triperoxide)—one of the most dangerous explosives, commonly referred to as the “Mother of Satan”—were detected on the shoe. TATP is known for its extreme volatility and has been used in several major terror attacks worldwide.
The discovery suggests that the attacker may have used a highly sophisticated method to conceal and trigger the explosive device, adding a new dimension to the probe.
