Israel Airstrike on Southern Gaza: Five Palestinians, Including Children, Killed Near Khan Younis

Gaza, December 4, 2025:
Israel has launched another major airstrike on southern Gaza, targeting a camp for displaced Palestinians near Kuwait Hospital west of Khan Younis. According to local health sources, at least five people—including men, women, and children—were killed in the attack.

The strike hit a cluster of temporary tents where families displaced by earlier fighting had been seeking shelter. Eyewitnesses reported that the bombing caused a massive fire in the camp, destroying several tents and leaving multiple people injured.

This escalation comes shortly after an attack in Rafah, to which Israel responded with intensified strikes across southern Gaza. The latest airstrike adds to the growing humanitarian crisis, as thousands of displaced families continue to live in overcrowded camps with limited access to food, medical care, and safe shelter.

Rescue teams and hospital staff at Kuwait Hospital rushed to the scene, but officials warned that the death toll may rise due to severe burn injuries and people trapped under debris.

International agencies have repeatedly urged both sides to exercise restraint, but violence in the region continues to intensify.
