DIG Mandeep Sidhu Retired After 37 Years of Distinguished Service in Punjab Police

DIG Patiala Range, Mandeep Singh Sidhu (IPS), retired today after an illustrious 37-year career in the Punjab Police, leaving behind a legacy of integrity, dedication, and exemplary leadership.
To honor his remarkable service, Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav hosted a surprise cake-cutting ceremony during a senior officers’ meeting. The heartfelt celebration highlighted Sidhu’s unwavering commitment to upholding law and order and his substantial contributions to modern policing in the state.
Throughout his career, DIG Mandeep Singh Sidhu held several key positions, earning respect across ranks for his professionalism, strategic vision, and community-focused policing. Colleagues praised his leadership in tackling complex cases and promoting ethical conduct within the force.
