Conspiracy Against America: Trump Sends Greetings to Kim and Putin While Attacking China
– U.S. President Donald Trump has accused China of conspiring against America, issuing a strongly worded statement directed at Chinese President Xi Jinping. In the message, Trump also mentioned Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, sparking fresh controversy at a time when trade tensions between India and the U.S. remain high over tariffs.
Writing on his social media platform Truth Social, Trump questioned whether President Xi would ever acknowledge the “support and blood sacrifice” made by the United States to help liberate China from foreign invaders during World War II. He noted that “many Americans died for China’s victory and glory,” expressing hope that their bravery and sacrifice would be remembered and honored by Beijing.
Trump escalated his criticism further, writing: “President Xi and the great people of China celebrate with pride. While you are plotting against America, please give my regards to Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un.” The remark was widely seen as a direct accusation of a coordinated effort by China, Russia, and North Korea to undermine U.S. interests.
The statement came as Beijing hosted a massive military parade to mark the 80th anniversary of China’s victory over Japan in World War II. The event, held in Tiananmen Square, was attended by Xi Jinping alongside Putin, Kim, and 26 other world leaders. It marked the first time that the leaders of all three nations challenging American influence—China, Russia, and North Korea—appeared together on the same stage.
While their presence fueled speculation of a trilateral strategy against the U.S., no official confirmation of a private three-way meeting between Xi, Putin, and Kim has been made so far.
