China and India Slammed, Palestine Rejected: Trump’s Big UNGA Speech

New York, Sept 23, 2025 – U.S. President Donald Trump delivered a fiery address at the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), marking his first major global speech of his second term. His remarks focused on U.S. foreign policy, sovereignty, and global security, while strongly criticizing China, India, NATO, and the United Nations itself.

Trump declared that under his renewed leadership, America had “reclaimed its strong position on the world stage,” portraying the U.S. as a “symbol of peace, sovereignty, and freedom.” He accused international institutions of weakening global order instead of strengthening it.

Criticism of China, India, and NATO

Trump condemned China and India for “subsidizing” Russia’s war in Ukraine through purchases of Russian oil. He also took aim at NATO members, accusing them of failing to cut off Russia’s main energy supplies, thereby prolonging the conflict.

Palestine Statehood Rejected

One of the most striking moments came when Trump flatly rejected the idea of recognizing a Palestinian state. He argued that such recognition would be a “major victory for Hamas,” insisting instead that the priority must be the immediate release of all hostages in Gaza. Trump demanded the war end immediately and called for the safe return of 20 remaining captives.

Global Ban on Biological Weapons

Trump urged all nations to halt biological weapons development immediately. He promised U.S. leadership in a worldwide campaign to strengthen the Biological Weapons Convention, proposing advanced AI-based verification technology to ensure international compliance.

Nuclear Threats and Iran Warning

The president warned that nuclear weapons pose the greatest threat to global security. He declared that “Iran must never be allowed to obtain nuclear weapons,” highlighting his administration’s hardline policy toward Tehran and urging the world to remain vigilant.

Harsh Words for the United Nations

Trump attacked the UN for failing to end wars, saying nations should rely on direct action rather than the institution’s bureaucracy. “The United Nations is not for us,” he mocked, while also acknowledging its “unlimited potential” if members used it effectively.

Climate Change: “The Biggest Hoax in History”

Trump once again dismissed climate change as a fraud, calling it “the greatest con in history.” He argued that America was being unfairly pressured to cut emissions while rivals like China continued unchecked pollution. He criticized past UN climate predictions, including a 1982 warning of irreversible catastrophe by 2100, calling them “wrong and foolish.”

Accusing the UN of Funding Attacks

In one of his sharpest accusations, Trump claimed the UN was not only failing to solve global crises but actively “funding attacks” against Western countries and their borders. He urged the organization to stop “encouraging and financing” such threats.

Trump’s “Golden Age of America”

Declaring the U.S. to have the world’s strongest economy, safest borders, most powerful military, strongest alliances, and best national spirit, Trump proclaimed this era as America’s “Golden Age.”

Threat to Drug Traffickers

Trump sent a stern warning to drug traffickers and terrorists: “We will destroy you.” He promised that any individual smuggling drugs into the U.S. would face total eradication.

Ending Seven Wars in Seven Months

The president claimed that within just seven months of his second term, his administration had ended seven seemingly intractable wars, citing India–Pakistan tensions among them.

Warning to Europe on Migration

Trump said Europe faced a “serious crisis” due to mass illegal migration, accusing European leaders of complacency and political stubbornness. He blasted open-border policies, citing statistics that half of Germany’s prisoners and 72% of Switzerland’s inmates were foreigners or migrants. He called uncontrolled migration “one of the greatest crises of our era.”

Strict U.S. Immigration Policy

Reaffirming his hardline stance, Trump said:
“Our immigration policy is very clear. If you enter the United States illegally, you will either go to prison, be sent back to where you came from, or perhaps even further.”
