Canada gang war: Channi Nattan’s house attacked by Lawrence Bishnoi gang

The wave of gang violence linked to Lawrence Bishnoi’s network has reached alarming levels in Canada, where a fresh turf war has erupted. Punjabi singer Channi Nattan became the latest target after gunfire was reported outside his residence.

Lawrence Bishnoi gang claims responsibility

Goldy Dhillon, a close aide of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, claimed responsibility for the shooting through a social media post. The gang alleged that the attack was carried out because Channi Nattan was “growing closer” to another artist, Sardar Khehra, who is believed to have ties with rival factions.

In his message, Goldy Dhillon issued a stern warning to Punjabi singers, stating that anyone collaborating with or maintaining contact with Sardar Khehra “would be solely responsible for the consequences.”

Series of attacks on Bishnoi’s associates

The attack on Channi Nattan’s house follows a string of violent incidents targeting the Bishnoi gang’s network abroad. Recently, in California, USA, a Bishnoi gang member named Banwari Godara was shot dead during an altercation.

Another gangster, Rohit Godara, later took responsibility for the California shooting, claiming that the attack was aimed at Bishnoi’s associate Hari Boxer, who was injured in the same incident.

Zeeshan Akhtar issues open threat to Bishnoi

Amid the rising tension, another notorious figure, Zeeshan Akhtar, released an audio message and social media post openly threatening Lawrence Bishnoi. Akhtar claimed he had planned the recent shooting at the home of Kuldeep Sandhu in the U.S., alleging that Sandhu provides financial support to Bishnoi’s syndicate.

Declaring an open war, Akhtar stated that he would not spare anyone “siding with the enemy.”

Who is Zeeshan Akhtar?

Zeeshan Akhtar is one of the prime suspects in the Baba Siddiqui murder case and is reportedly under the protection of Pakistan’s ISI. Once an ally of the Bishnoi gang, Akhtar later defected and began working for ISI operations in Pakistan, according to intelligence sources.

The recent surge in overseas shootings underscores how the Bishnoi network’s influence has expanded beyond India, raising concerns among law enforcement agencies in both Canada and the United States about escalating Indo-Canadian gang rivalries.
