Air India Flight Makes Emergency Landing: Mumbai to Jodhpur Service AI645
Jodhpur, August 22, 2025 (4:32 PM) – An Air India aircraft operating on the Mumbai–Jodhpur route was forced to make an emergency landing due to a technical issue, the airline spokesperson confirmed.
The incident took place on Flight AI645, which had departed from Mumbai earlier today. Shortly after takeoff, the crew detected a technical snag. Following safety protocols, the cockpit crew decided to halt the flight and return the aircraft.
The aircraft landed safely, and all passengers are reported to be safe. Air India officials said necessary maintenance checks are being carried out before the aircraft is cleared for service again.
